The view from our room was stunning, looking right over the bay. Also, the free breakfast had a lot of options, way better than expected.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable.

However, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, particularly the jacuzzi, which was not properly maintained and turned the water brown upon use. The air quality in the room was concerning, leading to discomfort during the stay. Additionally, the breakfast options lacked variety and availability, which was disappointing given the price of the stay.

We had a delightful time at the hotel! The proximity to skiing and outdoor entertainment was a big hit with the kids. The view of the bay from our room added a lovely touch to our stay. Great hot tub to unwind after a day of adventure!

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great to have designated adult swim hours for family hotels. It can be hard for parents to relax with younger kids making a splash all day.

We had a fantastic time staying here with friends! The free limo service to downtown shops was a huge perk. We explored the Gaslight District and enjoyed skiing nearby. The indoor pool was great, and breakfast had plenty of options. Just a quick drive to shopping and eateries makes it super convenient.

One downside was the breakfast area closing early, which felt rushed. It would have been nice to have more time to enjoy breakfast without feeling like we were in a hurry.

They have a fantastic hot tub that was just perfect after a long day and the staff went above and beyond for us when we missed our first day due to unforeseen events and they processed a credit for us and that showed me they really care about their guests

I had a pleasant stay in Petoskey, enjoying the clean room, friendly staff, and great amenities. The location offered easy access to shopping and wineries, perfect for exploring the area. However, the heater noise was a bit disruptive at times. Overall, a delightful experience.

I loved the charming Victorian decor throughout the hotel. The cozy common areas reminded me of my grandmother's house, providing a delightful and comfortable atmosphere that made my stay feel incredibly welcoming.
